Our story
Space Systems exists because the people building autonomous space needed a recruiter who understood the engineering, not just the job title.
We’re built on the operational and engineering expertise developed through UAV Talent – years spent placing specialists across autonomous aerospace, GNC, embedded systems, avionics, robotics, AI, systems engineering and operations. As that expertise pulled us toward space programmes, we didn’t treat it as a new market to enter opportunistically. We followed where the technology and the talent were already taking us.
