LAUNCH | PIONEERING SPACE | IN-ORBIT
Elite Space Talent. Unlocked by Operators.
Apogee Talent exists to connect specialist space sector employers with the engineers, operators and mission specialists they cannot reach through job boards or generalist agencies. We are operator-founded, sector-focused, and built around a private network sixteen years in the making.
Our Mission
To accelerate the space economy by placing the right operators on the right programmes — from constellation scale-ups to defence-grade missions. We measure ourselves on outcomes, not CVs sent.
The Team
- Founder, Strategy & Operator Network.Sixteen years across aerospace and space-adjacent defence programmes. Built and led teams from launch sites to mission control rooms across the UK, Europe and the United States.
- Co-Founder, Mission Delivery & Cleared Work.Programme management background across small-lift launch, satellite manufacturing and mission systems engineering. Specialist focus on cleared and classified work.
Surrounding the founders is an invitation-only network of engineers, operators and senior leaders from across the space ecosystem — individuals trusted to deliver on the most complex and sensitive missions.
Why We Exist
The space sector hires differently. Programmes run on tight cadence, security requirements gate access, and the people who actually move missions forward are rarely on the open market. Generalist agencies are not built for this work.
- Operator-founded — we have built and run space programmes ourselves.
- Specialist by design — every placement is space sector or space-adjacent defence.
- Cleared by default — we work fluently across classified and secure programmes.
Apogee Talent is the sister company of GrahamAir, our aviation talent practice. Where GrahamAir flies in the atmosphere, Apogee operates above it.
We support cleared and classified recruitment across UK, NATO, US and partner-nation programmes, including programmes requiring SC, DV and equivalent national clearances. Engagements are structured around your security obligations, not ours.
